What are your hours of operation?

Leave bags with Doorman/Concierge/Front Desk, pickup comes super fast. For efficiency we deliver overnight.

Does someone need to be home for pick-up and deliveries?

Regalia only services doorman buildings. Leave your dry cleaning and laundry bags with the doorman of your building and Regalia will do the rest.

Is there a charge for pick-up/delivery?

Pick up and Delivery are free. For Dry-Cleaning: no min per order. For Wash & Fold: 10-lb min per order.

What if I have no access to Internet?

If internet access is unavailable please call us to set up a convenient pick-up and delivery appointment.

How do I prepare for pick-up on my first order?

A GREY Regalia bag for Wash and Fold and a BLACK Regalia bag for dry-cleaning will be provided prior to your first scheduled pick-up date.

Please apply “Stain Stickers” on the stain so that the Regalia team can service the garment appropriately.
